Manufacturing Process
Our Fabric Catalog Manufacturing Process
We follow a carefully organized production process to ensure that every catalog is presented professionally, accurately, and according to our customer's requirements.
1. Customer Requirements & Sample Preparation
We first understand requirements including fabric types, colors, sizes, catalog style, branding, and quantity. Initial samples prepared for review.
2. Customer Approval
The prepared samples are submitted to the customer for checking and approval before starting volume production.
3. Fabric Cutting
After approval, fabrics are measured and cut according to specified sizes with clean, consistent edges.
4. Information Paper & Label Pasting
Information labels, codes, and stickers prepared and accurately pasted onto swatches.
5. Bunching & Sample Arrangement
Fabric samples are arranged into proper stepped or waterfall bunching sequence.
6. Hardcover Book / Hanger Making
Outer hardcover boxes, slipcases, folders, or custom hangers produced concurrently.
7. Fixing & Final Assembly
Fabric samples are firmly bound into catalog albums using screws, rivets, or adhesives.
8. Final Quality Check (QC)
100% strict manual inspection for fabric order, label alignment, and binding strength.
9. Packaging & Delivery
Protective carton packing and scheduled dispatch throughout the UAE and GCC region.
